A new exhibition is scheduled May 15 and 16, 2011 for the bakery and pastry industry in Scandinavia. The fair, organised by the Association for Master Bakers and Confectioners in Denmark (BKD) and the two supplier associations UNIMA and LBI, will take place in Øksnehallen in the middle of Copenhagen and will be promoted across the bakery and pastry business in Scandinavia.
